3/20  - Seattle,WA- The 1st close call of the year. Father in Seattle drops his 5 year old daughter off at her daycare but then goes straight to work, parks in the parking garage,  and leave his infant daughter in the back.  She remains there for 8 hours till a passerby notices and calls police. The rescue is filmed by KOMO News. When asked how he could do this, the father replies on tape visibly shaken,  "I don't have an explanation for that". The child was OK. Thank god it was March and in Seattle.
This page is being made on March 15, 2014.  On it the accidents that are going to occur this summer will be logged when they happen. It is now blank. There is no question it is only a matter of months before that changes. The only question to be answered is, "How long will this page end up to be?"
